Kate Finch, a former Cordon Blue trained chef and now full time Mum came up with the concept for Junior's Pantry after looking in the supermarkets for an alternative to cooking from scratch every night.

On the 26th of May 2012, a new EU 'cookie directive' comes into force which means that websites should gain the consent of users before saving cookies. Cookies are used on the majority of websites to record useful information but they can also be used to track people's use of the Internet and target behavioural advertising.
The popular social media event, LincsTweetMeet returns to the Showroom, Lincoln on the 14th June. Building on the success of previous events, TweetMeet combines expert social media speakers with networking opportunities so you can finally meet your twitter followers face-to-face.
On Friday 27th April I was pleased to be invited to Lincoln University's School of Computer Science for their Undergraduate showcase. This was an opportunity for final year students to showcase their projects to both other students and representatives from local technology companies.
The NLincs TechCollab aims to increase levels of business and technological collaboration to match complementary innovative businesses together with a view to attract funding from bodies such as the Technology Strategy Board, Creative England and Nesta.
