SAVVY - Global survey built by Artsgraphica helps launch of new book.
Dealing with office politics, confrontation and difficult colleagues can often be tricky. That's why Jane Clarke, author and director at business psychology consultants Nicholson McBride decided to tackle the subject in her latest book. She has published articles in the Financial Times and the Guardian, appeared on BBC Business Breakfast and has written a weekly column on the subject for the Independent. Jane has also worked in consulting for over 20 years and her clients include the London Business School, Morgan Stanley and Sainsbury's. This experience gave Jane and her team particular insights into the challenges of behaviour and power at work but they needed to back up this experience with research.
Artsgraphica was approached to build an online survey system, the results of which would help Jane and the team at Nicholson McBride to understand more about politics at work. The survey received significant interest from both the business and popular press, providing valuable first hand accounts of people's experiences of dealing with politics and people at work.
