My RQ is an extension on to the popular Test Your RQ website that allows visitors to take the online resilience questionnaire a number of times and track their performance over time using a Web Application.
The system tracks changes in a visitors Optimism, Solution Orientation, Individual Accountability, Openness & Flexibility and Managing Stress & Anxiety based on a number of complex multiple choice questions. The results are also used to create personalised PDF reports which are created 'on-demand' by the web application and emailed automatically to the user.
